Through innovative sales and marketing initiatives, both online and offline, we strive to achieve market leadership while delivering superior service and solutions to our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and positive-minded Business Representative to join our growing team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of working collaboratively with team members to create synergy. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand into new markets and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and technical seminars/training events.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing consistent support and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Salary: A$55,000 – A$80,000 (including superannuation) + Bonus based on half-year performance evaluation upon completion of a successful probation period of 6 months.

Overtime Support: Dinner provided for overtime work.

Communication Expense Reimbursement: Coverage for domestic and international communication expenses.

Equipment: Personal laptop and monitor provided.

Job Requirements

1) Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Civil Engineering, Sales, or Business Development are an advantage.

2) Experience:

  • Proven track record in software sales or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales and selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions is highly desirable.

3) Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients while conveying complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • A positive and proactive mindset, with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to create synergy within a team and contribute to a dynamic, supportive work environment.

4) Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5) Work Authorization:

  • Must have full working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate work visa).

6) Travel Requirement:

  • Must be able to travel internationally without restrictions for business trips.
