About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Counsellor to deliver high-quality counselling services to our clients in school programs, with travel across Western Sydney and Southern Highlands.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Therapeutic Support– Provide professional counselling aligned with preferred models.
  • Client-Centred Planning– Develop and maintain clear, achievable case plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Community Engagement– Promote the service through local partnerships, forums, and resource development.
  • Compliance & Documentation– Maintain accurate records that meet organisational, legislative, and funding requirements.
  • Continuous Development– Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similar
  • NSW Driver's Licence
  • Graduate membership with PACFA, AASW, APS or equivalent
  • Minimum 160 hours of client contact in counselling
  • Experience in family, couple, or child/adolescent counselling
  • Strong communication and assessment skills
