About the Role
We are seeking a Casual Counsellor to deliver high-quality counselling services to our clients in school programs, with travel across Western Sydney and Southern Highlands.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Therapeutic Support - Provide professional counselling aligned with preferred models.
- Client-Centred Planning - Develop and maintain clear, achievable case plans in collaboration with clients.
- Community Engagement - Promote the service through local partnerships, forums, and resource development.
- Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate records that meet organisational, legislative, and funding requirements.
- Continuous Development - Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similar
- NSW Driver’s Licence
- Graduate membership with PACFA, AASW, APS or equivalent
- Minimum 160 hours of client contact in counselling
- Experience in family, couple, or child/adolescent counselling
- Strong communication and assessment skills
