    Job Description
    • Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making and organisational goals.
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
    • Analyse financial data and produce detailed reports for key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering insights to drive business outcomes.
    • Lead and mentor junior team members within the Accounting & Finance department.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Principal Business Partner Should Have
    • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
    • Qualified Accountant.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
    • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
