Senior & Claims Specialist - Casualty/Public Liability

About these role:
- Managing a portfolio of casualty claims either with the support of a Senior and a Team Leader, or being the Senior
- As a senior, providing feedback to underwriters, upskill and mentor more junior members, lead training sessions, conducting file reviews, and supporting the Team Leader
- Assessing coverage and reserves
- Being part of a team that endorses the culture of work/life balance, with no late hours
- Taking accountability, thinking through any issues, and coming up with a strategy for the best outcomes
- Resolving issues independently (the Senior and Team Leader will be there when needed)
- Understanding civil claims management
- Providing recommendations and advice to your clients
- Being part of a fun team environment, enjoying afternoon tea, team lunches, and trivia social evenings
- Work ONLY 2 days in the office
- Being part of a highly engaged team, with an engagement score of over 85%
- Feeling valued, your opinion matters
- Salary up to $130k - $155k package + 10% bonus
- Clear career pathway to Technical/Senior
