Partner Account Manager

Crayon is seeking a Channel Business Development Manager to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new business opportunities by transitioning clients from Microsoft Enterprise Agreements (EA) to Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) models.
The role requires the ability to expand Crayon's Partner base and deliver tailored cloud solutions that drive digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for Partners with Crayon, particularly within the Enterprise space, and be responsible for knowing all of Crayon's delivery areas.
- Acquire new business opportunities via new Partners & develop Partner plans which include a governance model, aiming at the right level with Partner (preferably C-level).
- Understand Partner's business, strategy, and challenges as well as secure ongoing initiatives with Partner.
- Run and own the sales and delivery processes with Partners.
- Be proactive and gain good knowledge of your own market, including competitors and sharing market trends, synergies, and news with stakeholders.
About You:
- You are analytical and driven, good at building relationships, networks, and trust with IT executives.
- You have a strong understanding of customer's business and licensing for multiple vendors.
- You thrive on value-based sales and are able to work long-term and strategically by developing broad and good contact areas.
