Role

The role: Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic chef at one of our key aged care sites in Kingscliff. The site is a small facility, serving 70 residents, with on-site parking available.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and presenting food for our residents
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Support bulk cooking operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
  • Fast, effective service with a positive attitude
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Adherence to food and general safety practices
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail
