The role: Cater Care is looking to hire a Full-Time Chef for our aged care/retirement facility in Bangalow.

On-site parking is available for your convenience.

Roster
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Preparing & presenting food for our residents
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Support bulk cooking operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
  • Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
Your background
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Adherence to food & general safety practices
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
