Location: Raffles, a 95 bed residential aged care facility located near the beaches of the Southern Gold Coast, close to shopping centres, public transport, restaurants and a range of health and community services.

The RoleDuties
  • As part of Bolton Clarke Villa Serena in Robina, ensure our aged care residents are provided with high quality, nutritious meals.
  • Take direction from the Chef Manager and assist with cooking high quality, nutritious meals for senior residents.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, cooked and served in accordance with legislation.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar
  • Food Handling and Hygiene certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen within aged care or a hospital (preferable)
  • Bulk cooking experience highly desirable
  • Experience with texture modified food advantageous
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
  • Complete a police check
  • Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations (minimum of 1 dose)
