About the Role

We are seeking a Level 1 Network Operations Analyst to join our high-performing team. This support role involves managing network incidents, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment. The position is suitable for professionals passionate about network operations and collaborative work.

Qualifications

Industry certifications such as CCNA, Aruba Certified Switching Associate, TAFE Cert IV or Diploma in Networking, or completion of Cisco Networking Academy courses are preferred. A university degree is not required but considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial triage and verification of network alerts
  • Logging and managing incidents according to ITIL standards
  • Responding to support calls and creating incident tickets
  • Troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed
  • Coordinating with vendors and field services
  • Documenting root cause analyses and supporting RMA processes

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Cisco networking devices
  • Knowledge of HPN devices (optional)
  • F5 technologies and Riverbed SteelHead appliances

Bonus: Python, scripting, or programming skills.
