This role is for someone with excellent technical expertise who wants to be part of something bigger, not just another "cog in the wheel." Whether you are an experienced conveyancer ready to step up, or a senior conveyancer looking for a leadership position alongside the Founder, you'll thrive here.

We're not a firm full of layers. We're a small but mighty crew, doing exceptional work together.

Now we're looking for a talented conveyancer to help us keep raising the bar as we scale.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing (4+ years for senior applicants)

Must have strong technical expertise in VIC – multi-jurisdictional experience a plus, or willingness to learn other jurisdictions

Ability to independently manage files from start to finish, without compromising care or quality

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

A commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude for clients

Confident with PEXA and Smokeball, TriConvey or similar legal technology

Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture

What You'll Be Doing

Managing conveyancing matters from contract to settlement

Liaising directly with clients, brokers and agents – with clarity and confidence

Supporting the build-out of our VIC presence and systems

Acting with autonomy and accuracy (we don't micromanage)

Adopting tech and automation to drive efficiency
