Overview

Site Technician - Handyman role at Rarekind. You will diagnose issues, repair defects, and perform service, maintenance, and rectification work on commercial bathroom installations. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship through caulking, cleaning, grouting, carpentry, tiling, and glazing (bathroom installations).

  • Liaise effectively with project managers, coordinators, and clients.
  • Log hours daily, maintain defect registers, and submit reports using provided systems.
  • Accurately forecast and request materials.
  • Lead and manage additional labour when required.
Qualifications

Ideally, background in construction, building, or general handyman work. Experience with large-scale or high-end commercial projects is a definite plus. If licensed in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work, that's an advantage—but qualified, unlicensed candidates who understand when to call in a specialist will also be considered. Safety-minded, with strong judgment and pride in quality work.
