About The Role
Reporting to the Group Business Director, the Digital Account Manager plays a critical role in engaging, building and fostering long term client relationships, identifying new opportunities within an existing portfolio of clients constituting Paid and Owned Media. In addition, you will also focus on finding new opportunities through upsells, word of mouth, and referrals from existing clients
As a Digital Account Manager, you will coordinate the resources needed to service clients, ensuring all clients have mutually agreed KPIs, review and compile monthly client reports. You're ultimately responsible for deliverable timelines, client's needs and retention targets. You will partner,, and work collaboratively, with the performance team on new opportunities and strategies for the growth and development of existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have;
- 3 years independent agency experience
- Strong skillset in communication and stakeholder management
- Experience on the tools is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Form and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain an above average Net Promoter Score for all clients within portfolio
- Ensure each client has an up to date scorecard and a contact plan
- Responsible for ensuring each client has an updated scope and engagement with Impressive including relevant fees
- Work strategically with the Performance team to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio, including cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Achieve business client retention targets and contribute to identified client growth opportunities
- Qualify ideal customer profiles through client referrals and word of mouth
- Complete and accurate CRM, activity and MRR forecast accuracy
- Provide regular market and product feedback to management and clients
- Stay up to date on industry trends, developments and product knowledge
- Ability to plan and facilitate multi channel digital media plans and strategies
- Interrogate channel data and results, interpret to produce insights which illustrate a success story or further plan to clients
- Coordination of resources and project mapping using relevant platforms and technology to ensure successful, timely execution and delivery of campaigns
About You
- Extensive and diverse experience in digital marketing and client management
- Proactive nature and ability to get the job done with initiative
- Proven ability to drive buy-in for recommendations through sharing digital marketing best practices and supporting with quantifiable data
- Ability to analyse digital channel data
- Team player who takes ownership and enjoys executing and delivering exceptional results
- Proven track record of setting and implementing digital strategies across multiple industries
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Brings an analytical, can-do approach to problem solving
- An undeniable people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results and performance focused
- Proficient in G-Suite programs
- A growth mindset, with the willingness to learn and try new things
