About The Role

We are looking for a Front Office & Revenue Manager to support daily operations while managing key financial and revenue responsibilities. This unique position combines traditional hotel leadership with hands-on involvement in accounts, reservations, and reporting.

The Responsibilities

  • To manage the daily operations of the Front Office and Reservations Departments
  • Maintain excellent guest service and satisfaction, ensuring all needs are met promptly
  • Build strong relationships with OTA and wholesale partners to increase exposure and bookings
  • Lead the price positioning, and distribution for all market segments to maximise booking conversion across all booking platforms
  • Monitor and evaluate market demand trends,ensuring all rates are loaded and inventory maintenance is correct in all systems
  • Help develop, manage and generate daily, weekly, monthly department performance reports for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll productivity, and cost control
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's operation in absence of the General Manager with a high level of customer service provided at all times.
  • Maintain appropriate yield controls to maximize the Hotelrevenue from all distribution channels.
  • Ensure a positive and motivating work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience in revenue management, with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and providing an outstanding guest experience
