Overview

Parklife Metro is delivering the Sydney Metro SSTOM package, a $5 billion Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transforming Western Sydney's transport infrastructure. The project includes six brand-new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis, 12 cutting-edge metro trains and core rail systems, and a world-class maintenance & stabling facility at Orchard Hills. As the Senior Project Manager for the MEP team, you will manage delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for the SSTOM project, reporting to the MEP Director and ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution — Assist in developing detailed project plans for MEP activities, ensuring seamless integration with the broader infrastructure project
  • Stakeholder Coordination — Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to align workstreams with project schedules
  • Contract & Budget Management — Ensure MEP work remains within budget while maintaining efficiency and quality standards
  • Risk & Compliance Management — Implement best practices in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership & Team Support — Mentor and guide junior staff to drive high-performance project delivery
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong experience in MEP project management within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
  • Proven ability to manage complex MEP systems and drive performance; exceptional problem-solving & communication skills to coordinate across teams
  • Proactive and solutions-driven mindset with the ability to manage high-value projects
