Overview

Pharmacist - Operational at Advanced Pharmacy Australia. Located at Alfred Health. Multiple positions available, permanent and fixed-term, full-time (80 hours per fortnight) with Monthly ADO.

Role involves working with the Pharmacy Operations team across multiple campuses and services to provide pharmacy services in inpatient and outpatient settings, including dispensaries, aseptics, manufacturing services, the medical day unit, and support to offsite dispensaries at Caulfield, Sandringham and Melbourne Sexual Health.

Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient dispensaries, aseptics and manufacturing services
  • Support the medical day unit and offsite dispensaries
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Operations team across Alfred Health campuses
Qualifications / Key Skills
  • A patient-centred approach to care
  • Excellent knowledge, judgment and reasoning
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise work and deliver to deadlines
  • Problem solving, risk assessment abilities and the ability to use initiative
