As a Pharmacist at Better Leaf, you will be central to patient care, clinical decision-making, and dispensary operations. You will guide patients safely through their therapeutic journey, provide expert advice, and work closely with the team to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions and medicinal cannabis products accurately and safely
  • Provide clinical advice and counselling to patients
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, pharmacy standards, and internal protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • AHPRA Registered Pharmacist with community pharmacy experience
  • Interest or experience in medicinal cannabis, alternative therapy, or holistic care (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative
