Join a critical security engagement with a major banking client in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IAM Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust identity and access management solutions that directly influence the client's security posture and compliance framework.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading requirements gathering and analysis for IAM systems, translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications.

  • Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT security teams, and IAM solution providers.

  • Assisting in the selection and implementation of IAM tools such as SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra, Ping Identity, and NetIQ IDM.

  • Designing and documenting future-state IAM processes, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Supporting audits and access reviews by providing necessary documentation and data.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).

  • Mandatory skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.

  • A solid grasp of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements is a must-have.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
