Major Cybersecurity Transformation Program Initial 12 month daily rate contract WFH / Hybrid – 2 Days in Sydney CDB office Immediate / ASAP Start Date About the Role Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in cybersecurity, identity and access management, or cloud security? We are currently partnering with a leading bank to support a major Cybersecurity Transformation Program — a multi-stream initiative focused on uplifting enterprise security capabilities.
As part of a large-scale transformation, you will play a key role in translating technical cybersecurity requirements into business-ready documentation.
You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to support: Identity & Access Management (IAM) uplift– leveraging tools such as Sail Pointand Cyber Ark Azure cloud infrastructure security enhancements Enterprise-wide security uplift initiatives, includingcyber riskandprivacy Required skills and experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within cybersecurity, IAM, or cloud security uplift programs Experience with tools such as Sail Point, Cyber Ark, and Azure Security Demonstrated understanding of security controls and risk frameworks within complex organisations Strong background in financial services, ideally within a banking or enterprise IT environment Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, including risk, operations, and security Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
