Chargrill Charlie's is so much more than a chicken shop, it's an Aussie icon Since 1989, our team have gone above and beyond to build Chargrill Charlie's into something no one else can replicate. And it's this magic touch that's meant we've had to bottle our sauces, sell our addictive chicken salt, and design merch for our biggest fans. We're looking for restaurant cooks right now to join our crew and contribute to Chargrill Charlie's stellar reputation by ensuring product quality and consistency.
Responsibilities- Provide support to the Kitchen Manager and lead by example in terms of store maintenance, policy and OH&S compliance.
- Help control stock levels; support profitability and ensure the restaurant exceeds customer expectations.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry and previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment (extremely useful).
- Strong communication with fellow team members and customers; ability to work as a team player; self-driven and results-oriented.
- Accountable, calm under pressure, and passionate about driving the business forward.
