Paediatric Occupational Therapist | Flexible & Supportive Multidisciplinary Team | Dapto NSW

Love working with kids? This role focuses on paediatric occupational therapy to empower children to participate in everyday activities and play. The Thrive Spot is a neuroaffirming paediatric clinic based in Dapto. We are looking for full-time or part-time Occupational Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Whether you are an early career therapist or bring a few years of experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Work with neurodivergent children and young people aged 0–18 across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech pathologists and other allied health professionals.
  • Partner with families to build function, confidence, and joy in daily activities.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's license + car for community visits
  • A passion for paediatrics and family-centred care
  • A desire to work as part of a fun, flexible, and passionate team
