Join our global Trade Surveillance team and play a key role in enhancing and conducting surveillance over our Fixed Income and Currencies and Futures businesses.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will monitor the firm's global trading activity to identify and escalate potential regulatory and non-compliant issues as appropriate. You will identify gaps and contribute to the design, development and implementation of surveillance solutions and assist with regulatory requests for information including trade reconstruction efforts. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will also establish working relationships across various stakeholders, including local and regional traders, desk heads, business compliance and technology.

What You Offer

  • Prior experience in an FX, fixed income, futures markets, compliance or surveillance role
  • Sound understanding of trading systems, market structures, client interactions
  • High proficiency in data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong communication skills, in particular, the ability to distil complex information into a succinct and digestible format
  • Familiarity with Surveillance applications such as, SMARTS, Actimize, Scila, KX, Trading Hub is valuable.
