Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology-driven projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and manage potential impacts of change initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and understanding.
  • Facilitate training sessions to equip staff with the skills needed to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain project documentation related to change management activities.
  • Work closely with the organisation change manager, project team to align change activities with project timelines and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff during the transition period, addressing concerns and queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Analyst should have:

  • Experience in implementing change management strategies within the technology space.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
  • Has previous experience working in the education industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
