The Town is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced Project Support Officer to join the team in a full-time permanent capacity.

Your new role

As the Project Support Officer you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties and general support activities for the Project Management Team. This position plays a valuable role in assisting to improve the standard of project management and project delivery processes at the Town.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • a strong commitment to stakeholder engagement, innovation and diversity
  • an aptitude to support projects including public realm, major public buildings, landscape and streetscape, design and construction with input from multiple stakeholders and the community
  • capability to multitask and prioritise, including daily administrative duties, customer service, records management, reporting and purchasing.
  • attention to detail
  • capacity to work cross functionally to deliver
