About Our Client

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their finance team as a Graduate Credit Controller.

Job Description

  • Assisting in the management of customer accounts and overdue payments
  • Liaising with customers to resolve outstanding queries in a professional manner
  • Processing payments, issuing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting the senior credit controllers and finance team with ad hoc tasks
  • Learning and applying credit policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

Whether you're a fresh graduate or have limited experience in finance, this role is designed to provide a strong learning platform for future growth.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (or nearing completion)
  • A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and open to learning new systems
