Experienced Credit Controller Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join our team and take full ownership of our end-to-end debtors process.
This pivotal position offers real influence in shaping the financial operations of our evolving organisation.
- Lead and manage the full debtors lifecycle across a wide customer portfolio within our ERP system.
- Develop and implement scalable credit control frameworks, including credit limits and updated terms.
- Collaborate with finance, customer service, and commercial teams to enforce credit policies.
- Actively manage overdue accounts to ensure strong cash flow.
- Oversee and improve sales team expense processes, including debit card usage and policy.
- Provide ad hoc support in foreign exchange, financial reporting, and system enhancements.
- Champion the use of our ERP system, driving efficiencies and improving reporting features.
A proven background in credit control, accounts receivable, or broader finance operations is essential.
Hands-on experience with our ERP system is required, with exposure to tools like Traild advantageous.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including FX and P&L support, and excellent communication skills are necessary for success.
