Overview

Store Management - Sydney at Flo & Frankie. Our Sydney family is growing with a second boutique in Eastgardens opening in October 2025. We're seeking passionate, people-first leaders to bring the Flo & Frankie magic to life. Flo & Frankie is a community-focused brand known for thoughtfully curated fashion, lifestyle, and gifting, with a commitment to heart, purpose, and design.

This is a leadership opportunity to inspire a team, create memorable in-store moments, and contribute to a brand that values people.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Flo & Frankie Eastgardens boutique to set the standard for store culture and deliver the Flo & Frankie experience for every customer.
  • Inspire the team to meet the brand's promises daily, fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment.
  • Maintain a strong sales focus, operational excellence, and an empowering leadership style to create a thriving store and a high-performing team.
Roles
  • STORE MANAGER: Lead the Eastgardens store, drive culture, sales excellence, and team performance.
  • ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER: Support the Store Manager with leadership, mentoring, and hands-on operation to ensure a vibrant store environment and outstanding customer experience.
