ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an accomplished Senior Solution Architect to shape and deliver end-to-end architecture for a large transformation initiative. This position will focus on designing technology solutions that strengthen field operations and enterprise capabilities, while ensuring alignment with broader business and IT strategies. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Define solution strategies and translate business requirements into scalable, practical designs.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure solutions align with objectives and standards.
  • Provide architectural guidance and oversight through the full lifecycle of solution delivery.
  • Create and maintain architectural assets, including roadmaps, principles, and frameworks.
  • Review existing systems, highlight opportunities for improvement, and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Support governance processes to ensure architectural consistency and compliance.
MORE ABOUT YOU
  • Proven track record as a Senior Solution Architect delivering solutions in complex transformation programs. Strong background in FSM (Field Service Management) platforms, enterprise systems, and SAP (IS-U, BW, BTP, Integration Suite, GRC, UX, FICO, PM, MM, PS) Solid understanding of enterprise applications and integration within complex environments, ideally including ERP/finance, asset management, and service management modules. Experience working with cloud, integration frameworks, and enterprise architecture methodologies. Ability to develop future-state designs and roadmaps that support long-term business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to communicate technical strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
