Technical Lead Job Opportunity

A skilled Salesforce Technical Lead is required to undertake an initial contract in Sydney.

This role involves providing technical leadership across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations, conducting code reviews, and ensuring alignment with Salesforce development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops, build prototypes, and demos, and produce clear solution documentation.
  • Support MuleSoft integrations and front-end development using APEX and LWC.
  • Deliver both BAU support and project-specific solutions.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Apex, and MuleSoft integration.
  • Proven experience delivering technical advisory and architectural guidance.
  • Excellent report writing and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to assess organisational challenges and define solution roadmaps.
