Key Responsibilities
  • Act as HR for the APAC region, with a focus on Australia and key Asian markets.
  • Partner with HQ to implement global HR strategies and ensure local relevance.
  • Advise business leaders on performance, talent development, employee relations, and org design.
  • Support end-to-end HR operations: hiring, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.
  • Lead or support regional HR projects and cross-country collaboration.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering or regional HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices in Australia and across Asia.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is a plus.
