The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager with a concierge focus to join our team in a luxurious new residential building. As a Hybrid Property Manager & Concierge, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 high-end properties, providing top-tier property management and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the property portfolio with entry, exit, and routine inspections.
  • Collaborating with trades and contractors to ensure seamless property upkeep.
  • Handling tenant inquiries, key management, and liaising with Body Corporate/Caretaking teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of property management experience.
  • QLD Certificate of Registration and strong legislation knowledge.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong telephone manner and professional corporate presentation.
  • Passionate about delivering premium service in a luxury environment.
