The Role: Join a leading Brisbane development company as a Property Manager with a concierge focus in a luxurious new residential building. Manage a portfolio of 20 high-end properties, providing top-tier property management and exceptional service. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the property portfolio with entry, exit, and routine inspections.
- Collaborating with trades and contractors to ensure seamless property upkeep.
- Handling tenant inquiries, key management, and liaising with Body Corporate/Caretaking teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of property management experience.
- QLD Certificate of Registration and strong legislation knowledge.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong telephone manner and professional corporate presentation.
- Passionate about delivering premium service in a luxury environment.
