As the Concierge, you will provide visitors, management, and staff with genuine, friendly, efficient, and superior front-of-house service and administrative support as the first point of contact for all visitors to Great Southern Bank's head office in Brisbane.

You will be based in Brisbane with the Corporate Services team within the Operations division of Great Southern Bank.

Your impact will include:
  1. Welcoming visitors to the office
  2. Facilitating event coordination and managing hospitality
  3. Ensuring conference rooms are stocked and tidy
  4. Assisting with meeting room bookings as required
  5. Receiving courier deliveries and managing mail
What we need from you:
  1. Customer service experience in a corporate environment, including room and visitor management
  2. Experience in event coordination and/or hospitality
  3. Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a front-of-house role
  4. Sound knowledge of administrative and office procedures
