We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead us through our next era of growth and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Set and deliver the vision: Lead PSC's strategic plan, positioning us as a leader in creative industries education across Australia and beyond.
  • Expand our creative portfolio: With self-accrediting status, oversee the development of new disciplines in design, fine arts, and digital media, aligned to student demand and industry trends.
  • Champion academic and industry integration: Maintain PSC's reputation for world-class teaching while embedding strong industry partnerships into every course.
  • Drive sustainable growth: Balance innovation with strong financial and operational management, supported by the resources of UP Education.
  • Inspire and lead: Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that engages staff, students, and industry partners in PSC's journey.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of executive leadership in higher education, technology / creative industries, or related sectors.
  • Strategic vision and commercial acumen, with experience in growth, transformation, or market repositioning.
  • Deep understanding of the creative sector and its future directions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – from government and regulators to industry leaders and creative communities.
  • The ability to inspire, innovate, and make decisive calls in a dynamic environment.
