We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead us through our next era of growth and impact.
With a rare combination of academic excellence, industry integration, and creative culture, PSC is poised for bold expansion into design, fine arts, and emerging creative technologies – and we're looking for a leader who can make that vision real.
Responsibilities- Set and deliver the vision: Lead PSC's strategic plan, positioning us as a leader in creative industries education across Australia and beyond.
- Expand our creative portfolio: With self-accrediting status, oversee the development of new disciplines in design, fine arts, and digital media, aligned to student demand and industry trends.
- Champion academic and industry integration: Maintain PSC's reputation for world-class teaching while embedding strong industry partnerships into every course.
- Drive sustainable growth: Balance innovation with strong financial and operational management, supported by the resources of UP Education.
- Inspire and lead: Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that engages staff, students, and industry partners in PSC's journey.
- A proven track record of executive leadership in higher education, technology / creative industries, or related sectors.
- Strategic vision and commercial acumen, with experience in growth, transformation, or market repositioning.
- Deep understanding of the creative sector and its future directions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – from government and regulators to industry leaders and creative communities.
- The ability to inspire, innovate, and make decisive calls in a dynamic environment.
