Our client provides a range of services across WA, specialising in commercial developments, civil construction, government infrastructure works, subdivisions, underground services and residential developments. They are a family owned and operated business with over 50 years\' industry experience. They seek a talented Civil Surveyor to join our team. Working predominately on subdivisions and roads around Perth, this is a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Set out all information for site construction including establishment of survey control
  • Volume calculations and reporting
  • Undertake as constructed surveys and reporting
  • Ability to create 12d modelling, calculations and reporting
  • Model creation of design data for Survey and Machine Guidance
  • Manage Survey requirements over multiple project sites and schedule jobs
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver precise quality work

Skills And Experience

  • TAFE or University Engineering Surveying Qualification
  • Roads, Subdivision and bulk earthworks experience
  • Machine control experience Topcon and Trible
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • 2+ years post qualification surveying experience
  • Be proficient in CAD software and processing electronic data (Business Centre and Magnet Civic)
  • Ability to calculate and setup for job survey works
  • Solid safety focus and experience
  • Strong communication skills with site personnel, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license
