Just Sunnies is an Australian-owned sunglasses retailer selling world renowned brands, from Ray Ban and Oakley, to Prada, Versace, Maui Jim, Le Specs and more We\'re currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team at Just Sunnies Coolangatta. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Store Manager who can lead by example, inspire the team, and ensure the store\'s success with support from your Cluster Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Leadership and team management: Provide effective leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Sales and performance management: Monitor and drive performance metrics.
• Customer service excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by yourself and the team, building strong customer relationships, and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
• Inventory and visual merchandising: Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock takes, and accurate record keeping. Ensure visually appealing and well-organized store displays.
• Store operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
• Compliance and policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines, including security, health and safety, and loss prevention measures.
• Analyze sales data: Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with the company\'s management team, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve objectives.

• Previous retail sales and management experience, ideally within the retail, fashion, or accessories industry in a similar, fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: Friendly and honest demeanor with a bubbly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate product information convincingly and with confidence, handle customer inquiries, and negotiate sales.
• Fast learner with the right attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, as well as a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Keen interest in retail, sunglasses, and the ability to stay up to date with the latest fashion trends.
• Motivated by sales targets and consistently striving to achieve and exceed them.
• Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software is preferred.
