Civeo Australia is looking for a Plumber/Drainer/Gas Fitter to join our Asset & Facilities Maintenance team in our Remote Accommodation Villages in regional Queensland. This role can be based out of Blackwater or Coppabella Villages.

About the Role

Civeo Australia seeks a Plumber/Drainer/Gas Fitter for maintenance work in our regional Queensland villages. This hands-on role involves fieldwork with travel across multiple villages on a week on/week off roster.

The main responsibilities include reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance, performed professionally, safely, and efficiently.

What We Need From You

• QLD Licensed Plumber/Drainer/Gas Fitter with endorsements such as Thermostatic Mixing Valves, Solar and heat pump hot water systems, and Backflow Prevention (desirable)
• Licensed Drainer for on-site Sewerage Facilities
• Licensed Water Plumber for Fire Protection (hydrants, hose reels)
• Class C Manual Driver's Licence
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in service/hospitality/high-volume hotel environments across multiple sites
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
• Proof of working rights in Australia
• Experience in mine sites, mining villages, or residential/demountable buildings (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong safety focus and ability to foster a positive working environment
