We're seeking a driven and dynamic Area Manager to join our high-performing team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus Area:

  • Deliver exceptional customer and product support across capital equipment and aftermarket wear solutions with a high level of professionalism.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts, initiate new business, and drive sales through both individual and team efforts.

  • Identify and act on new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.

  • Conduct onsite and workshop-based inspections, providing technical advice to enhance ESCO product performance.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to prepare high-quality correspondence, tender responses, and manage contractual processes in line with company policies.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Experience in heavy industry—particularly within underground or surface mining—is highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products.

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work, safety, and ethical standards.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry.

  • Additional Requirements: Must have the right to work in Australia, be willing to travel to local and remote mine sites by air and car (>50% of the month), and successfully complete background checks.
