Overview

NGFarah are looking for a dynamic Property Officer who will support the Property Management team and assist the Head of Property Management in leasing and property management tasks. There will be a portfolio of approximately 85+ properties to manage on a day-to-day basis. Based in NGFarah's new state-of-the-art headquarters in Kingsford.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of 85+ properties.
  • Handle rental inquiries, drawing up leases.
  • Supporting the property management team in all aspects of property management.
  • Portfolio assistance as required.
  • Cover the property managers/leasing consultants on leave.
  • Assisting the leasing team which can involve Saturday work.
  • Reporting to the Head of Property Management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
  • Have proven experience working in Real Estate.
  • Hold a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • Be energetic, organised, punctual and a team player.
