This Position reports to:

LBU Manager - Robotics

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with an international company? We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and gain firsthand experience through challenging and impactful assignments.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

ABB offers a unique chance to join as a Graduate in the Marketing & Sales space of the Robotics Business Area. This program aims to enhance your sales, marketing, leadership skills, and ABB product knowledge. This unique program focuses on early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. Throughout your journey, provided support and guidance.

  • Immerse yourself in diverse projects across multiple areas of the Robotics Division.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by understanding global standards, market trends, and competition. Ensure our technical solutions shine across our product portfolio.
  • Be at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts. Support our sales team, attend customer meetings, and represent us at trade shows. Help create impactful marketing programs and training materials.
  • Grow with us through formal training programs, regular performance feedback, and engaging social events. Benefit from targeted training, professional mentoring, and exposure to our executives.

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
  • Qualified Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer
  • Up to two years of professional work experience, preferably within the electrical industry
  • Strong motivation to acquire new skills and knowledge
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel and a strong motivation to invest in your career
