We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, and be eager to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is an outstanding two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills. Our graduates will have the opportunity to gain exposure to diverse sectors and work environments, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and engineering for facade and build-ability consultancy, including detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications.
  • Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings, and calculations.
  • Facades engineering design and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Assisting in preparing tender submissions.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the design/project team and other disciplines within the company as required.
  • Building relationships with clients on projects and developing contacts within the industry.
What We Are Looking For
  • A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Structural engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering OR Bachelor of Design (Architecture).
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and a desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
