Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking to join a dynamic and passionate team based in our Chadstone office, with the flexibility of working from home one day a week?

Key Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis (VLOOKUP, PivotTables etc)
  • Highly Desirable: Previous experience within the Aged Care sector
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance
  • Able to support the implementation of our new payroll system (Humanforce)
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a supportive, yet fast-paced environment
