Minimum requirements
  • Live in or near Kempsey NSW including surrounding suburbs South Kempsey, Dondingalong, Aldavilla, West Kempsey, Frederickton, Bellimbopinni, Gladstone, Kinchela, Clybucca, Rainbow Reach, Jerseyville, Hat Head, Smithtown or Belmore River
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
  • Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
  • Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (1 weekend a month is required)
  • Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (travel is required for training)
  • Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers

  • Permanent Part-Time Contracts
  • Permanent Contract hours: Experienced Carers - 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
  • Hourly Rate: $32.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties and social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
  • Most importantly: be a friendly face and brighten someone's day

As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
