About The Team

  • B2B Operations - International retail ordering and communication
  • Customer Experience – Email, social, reviews, disputes
  • Operational Support – Fulfilment, admin, supply chain

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate business operations and experiences within the organisation
  • Assist with planning and executing events and programs
  • Manage communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of all business activities
  • Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in Shopify management is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of social care industry is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
