Exciting Opportunity – Support the Launch of a New Manufacturing Facility in East Rockingham

Mobilize has an exciting opportunity to work with our client at their brand-new manufacturing facility in East Rockingham. The company specializes in repurposing recycled tyres into innovative solutions for agriculture and recreational flooring.

About the Role:
This position involves supporting the initial rollout and installation phase at the new facility. You'll be working hands-on with the setup of brand-new equipment. Upon successful completion of the installation phase, there is potential for ongoing work as the company transitions into full-scale production.

What's on Offer:

  • 8–10 hour shifts
  • $38 per hour + penalties (pay uplift upon completion of training)
  • East Rockingham location
  • Brand-new facility
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity
Requirements:
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Valid forklift licence and demonstrated experience (Essential)
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Previous experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
  • Availability for an immediate start
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices
