Join our team as an Online Service Associate where your communication skills, tech know-how, and customer-first mindset will shine - all in a flexible, Monday-to-Friday role with no weekend work.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Online Services team, you'll be the first point of contact for online customers - helping them find the right parts, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and online chat with clarity and professionalism
• Help customers identify the right parts/products based on their needs
• Process online orders, manage returns, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams
• Learn and navigate our internal systems
• Keep customer records and communications up to date and accurate

About You

You're a natural communicator who's friendly, tech-savvy, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

You bring:

• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence learning and using online platforms and internal systems
• A calm, helpful approach to solving customer queries
• Experience in retail, online sales, customer service, or admin (preferred but not required)
• A genuine interest in automotive or willingness to learn
