Responsibilities
  • The Systems Officer will be responsible for the administration, support, and continual improvement of the organisation's ICT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT services and drive modernisation initiatives.
Qualifications and experience
  • Experience with VMware, Hyper Converged Infrastructure (e.g., Dell VxRail), SAN storage technologies, and backup/recovery solutions.
  • Skilled in managing and maintaining business-critical IT environments, including Citrix deployments (VDA, VDI, StoreFront, NetScaler), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, MECM, and hardware/software maintenance.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud migration, administration, and optimisation.
