OverviewWe are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Services team on a 12-month contract. You will be at the forefront of our digital people processes, delivering transactional support, maintaining data integrity, and providing exceptional customer service as we implement new technologies (e.g., SuccessFactors and ServiceNow) to support HR and Payroll.
What you will be doing- Support P&C Operations: Manage transactions and queries across policies, systems and processes across the employee lifecycle with accuracy and speed.
- Onboard New Employees: Lead the onboarding process for our Australian team, ensuring an exceptional start for every new hire.
- ServiceNow Queries: Respond to and resolve first-level queries within SLA, escalating when necessary.
- Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with payroll to ensure smooth people processes.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy through attention to detail, testing and troubleshooting.
- Promote Self-Service: Empower managers and employees through coaching and self-service support.
- Support projects and process improvements: Identify and drive enhancements for efficiency and a better employee experience.
A bit about you: detail-oriented, customer-focused, with a positive energy. Eagerness to learn and strong learning agility to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll bring- Some experience in HR, admin, or a similar role
- A desire to learn and grow in HR (a qualification in HR is a plus but not essential)
- Strong communication skills with all levels of the business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors and ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office is a plus
