We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world's most loved drinks. We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world, helping our 2.1 million customers grow as we invest in exciting new products, innovative technologies, and fresh ideas. This helps us delight the 600 million people who enjoy our drinks every day.

Who We Are: Due to internal changes, we're excited to begin our search for a new People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Services Team on a 12 month contract. As we begin to think about the rest of 2025, we are about to embark on a huge change journey with our People & Culture technology, and we're looking for someone with a different set of skills to join our team.

As the People Services (PS) team transforms to support our strategies of growth through people, we are implementing new technologies to improve how we do business within our P&C and Payroll function. The PS team is the centre of excellence, providing solutions and answers to queries relating to HR, Payroll, Systems and Processes. This team will be key to embedding our employee lifecycle strategy supported by technologies including SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
  • Support P&C Operations: Manage transactions and queries across policies, systems and processes across the employee lifecycle with accuracy and speed.
  • Onboard New Employees: Lead the onboarding process for our Australian team, ensuring an exceptional start for every new hire.
  • ServiceNow Queries: Respond to and resolve first-level queries within SLA, escalating when necessary.
  • Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with payroll for smooth people processes.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy through attention to detail, proactive testing and troubleshooting.
  • Promote Self-Service: Empower managers and employees through coaching and self-service support.
  • Support with projects and process improvements: Identify and drive enhancements for efficiency and a better employee experience.
