
Office Manager, Brisbane

- Provide executive support to senior managers, including diary management.
- Organise office repairs, maintenance, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, staff gifts, office catering, functions, conferences and client events.
- Foster a positive office culture and support staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage and schedule fun office social events.
- Coordinate and track resource meetings, ensuring managers are prepared.
- Maintain a safe workplace, manage WHS procedures, and oversee compliance requirements.
- Assist with staff onboarding and liaise with the HR team to ensure strong employee support and engagement.
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong multitasking ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Current First Aid certificate.
